RETURNS

Items purchased from PiecesToLove are only eligible for store credit within 7 days after delivery.

To make a return please email us at malindalove@piecestolove.com with your order number and the details of the product 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned unworn, undamaged  and in the same condition that you received it with all original tags attached.

Please note that items with deodorant or makeup on the item will not be accepted for return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and your store credit will be given to you.

Sale items 
Items on sale or purchased with a coupon code are not eligible for RETURN and are FINAL SALE.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

When returning an item  we recommend using a trackable shipping service with insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
